Training belongs in the rebuilding phase: practical equipping that helps families and local partners keep progress from collapsing.
From Relief to Income
A path toward work changes the whole plan.
Training can include vocational instruction, practical life skills, home-based work, support entering a job, or equipping local partners who walk alongside a family.
The right path depends on age, prior experience, transportation, family responsibilities, and the work that is actually available nearby. IFF's goal is not to choose a generic course, but to support a realistic route to dependable income.
A Working Plan
Training is connected to an outcome.
Support may cover more than tuition. A family can also need transportation, food, rent, tools, and time to move from training into paid work.
Make Attendance Possible
Address transportation and short-term household needs that could interrupt the course.
Equip the Work
Help with tools or equipment when they are necessary to begin earning.
Bridge to Income
Continue limited support through internship, job transition, or the first stage of self-employment.
